National Monumental Farms

The dataset “Rijksmonumentale Farms” contains more than 6,600 farms that are protected as a national monument. This is the main building of the (former) agricultural company. Sometimes these are farms that are part of a estate complex. 64 of these farms have been selected as a typical example of a farm type for that region or region. Photolinks and a description of the farm type are included of these example farms. With an alternative style, these examples can be shown. The map is based on the Monuments Register managed by the National Cultural Heritage Agency. The selection uses various data from the register, such as the original function, description or information about the monument complex.
