The Westerschelde nature package is carried out by the Province of Zeeland on behalf of the Empire. The realisation of at least 600 hectares of Estuariene nature stems from the agreements under the OS2010. Agreements on implementation are laid down in the Covenant between the Kingdom of Zeeland and the Province of Zeeland.
