Dataset description

The file contains an overview of the offices locations in South Holland with at least 10.000 m² of GVO present and/or planned. The file was created on the basis of various regional office strategies and monitors and own desk knowledge. It contains RIN numbers of the locations and data on the stock available as of mid-2017 (Behoefteraming office space province Zuid-Holland, Stec based on BAG), the capacity still available in (mostly defined) zoning plans and the land area of the office site.
