Persons; distance to older; personal characteristics, region 2014

For persons aged 18 years or older, this table describes the distance from their biological or adoptive parent living in the Netherlands. The distance to the parent is measured across the sky from the residential community of the person. Some personal characteristics such as gender, age, household position and origin are included among the persons. The labels ‘Distance to parent’ and ‘Older’ have been replaced by the labels ‘heaven distance from parent’ and ‘Laughter living in the Netherlands’. The terms autochtoon and immigrant have been revised. Instead, CBS is now talking about people with a Dutch background or a migration background. Therefore, the names have been adapted in this table.
