As of 2015, long-term care will be financed through several laws: the Long-term Care Act (Wlz), the Social Support Act 2015 (WMO 2015), the Healthcare Insurance Act and the Youth Act.
This table shows the number and proportion of persons who have an indication of Wlz care from the Centre for Health Indications (CIZ) at reference date; broken down by persons who have received Wlz care in kind, have paid Wlz care from a personal budget (pgb) and persons who have not (yet) received any Wlz care. This includes Wlz-indicables and partner accommodation and excluding persons who use in-kind care from a subsidy scheme. Only persons who are included in the Personal Data Base Registration (BRP) on reference date will be included. The figures are broken down by base indication, care heaviness package (ZP), delivery form care and healthcare office region.
