The table shows the supply and use of petroleum products in balance form. Petroleum products include petrol, diesel and fuel oil. The balance sheet includes both domestic traffic and warehouse traffic. The difference between the two is that import duties have been paid for the goods in domestic circulation and not for the goods in the warehouse.
The balance sheet of petroleum products shall contain the following data:
initial stock (1), extraction (2), gross production (3), import/warehouse storage (4), export/storage exports (5), bunkering (6), domestic deliveries (7), statistical difference (8) and final stock (9).
The balance sheet is: (1 + 2 + 3 + 4) = (5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9).
As of 1 January 2007, a number of changes have been made. Extraction has been added as a subject. In addition, the petroleum product has been included in additives. Additives are additions to oil products to improve the properties of combustion. Of the petrochemical industry, only the production of energy carriers is published. These are the petroleum products that can be used as a source of power or heat.
