This table shows the supply and consumption of petroleum products and petroleum raw materials in balance form.
Petroleum products include the fuels LPG, engine petrol and diesel oil. The balance sheet includes both the products intended for processing or consumption in the Netherlands and those destined for transit.
Petroleum raw materials are crude oil, natural gas condensate and additives (semi-finished petrol and diesel). There are separate balance sheets for the raw materials intended for processing in the Netherlands and the raw materials intended for transit. The difference between these two flows is that import duties have been paid for the goods intended for processing in the Netherlands and not for the goods for transit.
For the conversion of kg to litres of petrol, diesel and car gas including excise duty, the following standard densities are used:
Gasoline 0.75 kg/l, Diesel 0.836 kg/l and LPG 0.535 kg/l.

Figures for August 2022 have been added.
The remaining use and other production of the petrochemical salvaging in mass up to 0 this was earlier in PJs. Production and own consumption of residual gases at the refineries have been increased by met figures from a refinery.
Changes as of 16 December 2021:
For all reporting periods, the extraction of other petroleum products has been added. As a result, the total production of other petroleum products has decreased and this total production now corresponds to the production of refineries, petrochemicals and other oil companies.
Final figures for 2019 have been added.
When are new figures coming?
Preliminary figures: the second month after the end of the reporting period.
Final figures: no later than December of the second year following the reporting year.
