Physical workload self-employed; type of entrepreneur

This table contains data on the physical working conditions of self-employed entrepreneurs aged 15 years and older who report to the Tax Authorities and live and work in the Netherlands, by type of entrepreneur. The table presents figures on power, noise and vibration, hazardous work and hazardous substances, working posture and screen work. Data available: as of 2015. Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final. Changes as of 7 July 2021: The annual figures for 2021 have been added. Changes as of 4 July 2019: In 2019, the question about dangerous work was changed. For any kind of dangerous work, the frequency is asked. From this, it is inferred whether workers are exposed to at least one form of dangerous work. These figures are listed in the new topic folder ‘Dangerous work (from 2019)’. Due to these changes, the figures on this topic from 2019 are not comparable to those of previous years (2015-2017). Figures on the old topic ‘Dangerous work (until 2019)’ will no longer be supplemented from 2019. When are new figures coming? This is a biennial study.
