Population centers 2008; cities and villages in the Netherlands

This table contains data on demographics, housing, proximity to facilities, areas and densities for cities and villages (population cores) in the Netherlands. Population centres are bounded by the transition from a contiguous built-up area to the outer area. Figures presented refer to the residents and homes present within these cores. No data on the area outside the cores is presented. Data available: Reporting year 2008. Frequency: One time. Change as of 29 August 2014. This table has been discontinued and is followed by the table ‘People’s cores in the Netherlands 2011’. Status of the figures. Figures come from final registers with the exception of the WOZ registration where provisional figures have been used.
