Dataset description
This table contains forecasts for young people (from 0 to 25 years) of the Netherlands by gender, age and migration background on 1 January.
In order to show how young people in the Netherlands are doing, more than 70 topics are described in the National Youth Monitor. The topics are called indicators.

The figures in this table are forecast figures calculated.

None, this is a new table in which the previous forecast has been adjusted based on the observations now available. The forecast period now runs from 2021 to 2070.
When are new figures coming?
The frequency of appearance of this table is one-off. In December 2023, a new table showing population projections by migration background is published.
