Protection areas for deep subsurface

The Drenthe subsurface performs various functions such as the supply of groundwater, oil, gas, geothermal and sand, the harboring of geological, archaeological and cultural historical values and the storage of natural gas and heat and cold. An increase in CO2 storage is expected in the near future. This file shows where restrictions lie for future use of the deep subsurface.
