This table provides information on the costs and benefits of the provinces. The data is specified by functions (policy areas) of the provinces. The table also shows the income minus the charges per function (the balance). All data is displayed by province and by country. The data comes from the provincial accounts. The amounts are reported both in millions of euros and in euros per inhabitant. Data available from 2007 to 2016. Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final. Changes as of 1 November 2018: None, this table has been discontinued. When are new figures coming? No longer applicable.
