Provincial Environment Regulation 2018 — Testing Expectation by Investigation

In principle, within the existing urban area the responsibility for core qualities lies with the municipality. The provincial importance for archaeology and cultural history has an exception: the provincial importance also applies within existing urban area if the cores are included as in map D4.
