Proximity facilities; distance location, district and neighbourhood figures 2016

This table contains figures on average travel distances for residents of the Netherlands from their home address to the nearest facilities (e.g. school, general practitioner or library) for 2016. The table also shows figures on the number of facilities located within a certain distance from the home address. This data has been calculated as an average for all persons in the area. The data is available per municipality at district and neighbourhood level, as of 1 January. Data available for 2016 Changes as of 26 February 2021: None, this table has been discontinued.
