Psychosocial workload (PSA) workers; gender and age

This table contains data on the psychosocial workload (PSA) of the Dutch employee aged 15 to 75, by age and gender. The table presents figures on workload, independence in work, emotionally burdensome work, psychological fatigue from work and victimisation at work. Data available from: 2014. Status of the figures: Figures in this table are final. Changes as of 20 April 2022 The annual figures for 2021 have been added. Changes as of 20 April 2021 There has been an improvement in the naming of one subject. This is now referred to as ‘Psychic fatigue due to work’. Until 2021, this was referred to as ‘Burn-out complaints’. Changes as of 20 April 2018 The underlying encodings of the classifications used in this table have been adjusted. These are now in line with the standard coding established by CBS. The structure and data of the table have not been modified. When are new figures coming? The figures for the previous year shall be published by May at the latest.
