Dataset description
This table contains figures on the average real rent increase of regulated rental properties broken down by type of landlord. The figures have been adjusted for inflation. This is calculated with the average inflation over the period December to November of the previous year.
Data available from: 2015.
Status of the figures:
The figures in this table are final.
Changes as of 6 September 2021:
The 2021 figures have been added.
