Dataset description

This table includes figures on the average increase of rent paid for regulated dwellings broken down by type of landlord. The figures have been adjusted for inflation, using the average inflation for the period December to November of the previous year. Data available from: 2015. Status of the figures: The figures in this table are definitive. Changes as of 6 September 2021: The figures of 2021 have been published. When will new figures be published? New figures will become available in September 2022.
