In this file, the number of pupils in primary education according to the reference level for language and arithmetic is shown per school establishment. Reference levels describe what skills students should have for language and arithmetic. The reference framework consists of fundamental levels and target levels. The fundamental level (F-level) is the foundation that as many students as possible should master. The target level (S-level) is for students who can handle more. Due to this error, students who have an exemption for making the final test on one of the grounds for exemption were included in the calculation of the reference levels. In line with previous publications, these students were filtered out after finding this error.
