This publication gives an overview of gross fixed investment
assets (according to the ownership criterion) in the different regions.
The investments can be subdivided by the different
industries and types of assets in which investments have been made.
In the regional classification, it is possible to choose from the various
parts of the country (North, East, West and Southern Netherlands), provinces and provinces
(disaggregated) COROP areas.
The figures come from the regional accounts, the quantitative
description of the economic process of the different regions
within a country. Regional investment figures are in line with the
totals from the national accounts. This concerns investments in
fixed assets from production and imports, i.e. excluding sales of
fixed assets used. Because the figures are in line with the national
they provide a coordinated description of the regional
economics and are ideally suited to the comparison of the
results of the various regions. This publication contains only
figures in current prices
