Mosaic of old river maps in ECW made from old river maps that have been scanned. After this, the leaf edges have been removed and the images are reorientated in RD. After this, a mosaic has been made in ECW format per print, series or revision. A corresponding index file (shape) can be found from which year each individual card is. Of the first series of the river map of the Upper Rhine, there are a number of sheets with “Normaallines Gelderland”. On these sheets the results of the riverside measurements in 1850-1851 and 1872-1873 are recorded in manuscripts. Three additional map sheets are kept at the bottom of this river map, produced in 1863, on which the river levels and emergency levels along the Dutch main rivers are indicated.
