In cooperation between NIS and CIV, the new RWS regional borders have been established. This is the corrected version of 2018.
The borders have been manufactured using various sources including Kerngis dry and BKN and have now been merged into a land-covering file.
The former wet and dry districts have now been merged. (Attribute Sector = ND)
For bridges and tunnels, the attribute is separated in wet (N) and dry (D) and lie as 2 planes on each other.
Once mutations have been approved by the chief engineer directors or district heads of the districts concerned, mutations may be notified to the NIS.
