Dataset description
This dataset contains the results of the PBL survey “The Netherlands in 2040: a country of regions, spatial exploration 2011”. The research provides insight into the future development of Dutch regions and the diversity of growth, shrinkage and uncertainty for living, working and mobility. For a high and low scenario, data per COROP area for 2008, 2020, 2030 and 2040 are provided on population, households, labour force, jobs, commuting mobility, car mobility, overall mobility and accessibility.
