Signaling card ext. safety transp. and lake fire attention area water

The aim of the Signalering Map is to provide spatial planning staff with a guidance to determine whether external security is at issue in an area for which a spatial plan or project is being developed. This card is framework setting (Act Transport Dangerous Substances and Decree Transport External Safety) for the site-related risk and the plasbrand focus area (PAG). This PAG is set along transport axles where a lot of transport takes place of liquid fuels. Construction within the PAG shall not be permitted unless measures are taken against the effects of a plasing fire. The Signaling Card also provides rules of thumb to determine whether a spatial development near a transport axis leads to too high a group risk.
