Dataset description
This map shows the calculated noise load for the whole of the Netherlands, at a resolution of 10 meters. To calculate the noise, data from the following sound sources were used:
— national roads (data from 2017)
— municipal and provincial roads (data from 2017)
— rail traffic (2016 data)
— aviation (2016 data)
— industry (calculation estimate)
— wind turbines (data from 2020)
