The set contains the geometries and a limited number of attributes of all sports parks, the functional areas (subdivisions) of the sports parks and associated sports fields managed by the municipality of Amsterdam, Sport and Forest. https://www.amsterdam.nl/sport/ — These are only sports parks and sports fields that are under management at the municipality of Amsterdam. Private sports facilities are not included — These are only sports fields located in the outdoor area — The set does not contain data on tenants or users of the sports fields — Some sports parks are included that are not within the municipal boundaries, but in adjacent municipalities such as a sports park in the Amsterdam Forest Included attributes of the *sport fields* are: — Sports park: name of the sports park, text — Functional area: part of the sports park, text — Field layout: within Amsterdam unique encoding of the field, text — Type of object: BGT type coding, text — Surface area, m² — Material sports ground, text — Sports function, text — Year of construction, number — GUID: (Globally unique identifier), a random global unique number (key, ID) used in software applications.
