Dataset description

This table contains data on the sustainable employability of the Dutch employee aged 15 to 75, by age and gender. The table presents figures on satisfaction with work and working conditions, the age to which workers wish to continue working and expect to be able to do so, and the actual employability. Data available from: 2014. Status of the figures: Figures in this table are final. Changes as of 20 April 2022 The annual figures for 2021 have been added. When are new figures coming? The figures for the previous year shall be published by May at the latest.
