Dataset description

The SVB Policy Rules relate to the laws implemented by the SVB, namely the General Old Age Act, the General Survivors Act, the General Child Allowance Act, the Participation Act, the Remigration Act, as well as some smaller regulations such as the Temporary bridging benefit AOW, the Asbestos Victims Regulation 2014 and the Regulation on non-wage service-related victims of mesothelioma and asbestos. The policy rules also cover the General Administrative Law Act and the international social security regulations. The SVB publishes its policy at http://www.svbbeleidsregels.nl The dataset contains the text of the SVB Policy rules and links to laws, regulations and/or case law relevant to the relevant policy rule.
