The Caribbean Netherlands; population of the highest attained level and direction of education

This table contains annual figures on the education direction of the highest educational attained level of the population aged 15 and over in the special municipalities of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, or Caribbean Netherlands, with the exception of persons in establishments, institutions and homes (institutional population). A breakdown by gender and age is available for the different classifications. Data available from: 2016 Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final. Changes as of 13 July 2020: The figures for 2020 have been added. Changes as of 26 April 2019: The figures for 2018 have been added. The figures on the highest attained level of education have been revised. The revision concerns people who have followed common academic years AVO. Where they have previously been awarded a secondary education level, they are now awarded a low level of education, following the classification used for the European Netherlands. As a result, there are also some minor changes in the education direction. When are new figures coming? The new figures will be available every two years.
