The dead; gender and age, per week

This table contains data on the number of deceased among the population of the Netherlands per week. The data can be broken down by gender and age group. Data available from: 1995 Status of the figures: The figures for the years 1995 to 2021 are final. The figures for 2022 are provisional in nature. These figures may change with any renewal of the publication by counting obituaries received later. Because this method differs from the method used for monthly mortality rates, there may be small differences. Changes as of 5 August 2022: Preliminary figures for weeks 29 and 30 in 2022 have been added. The preliminary figures of week 30 in 2022 have been estimated. This estimate is based on the number of death reports that CBS has received so far for week 30. When are new figures coming? Provisional figures for the past week are added once a week.
