Traffic information Location Database (VILD6.7.A) — Points

Vild is a basic file with detailed location data on the Dutch A and N roads. The location description follows a CEN standard and contains line, point and area data that are essential for providing traffic information. The base file therefore includes landmarks for road users such as bridge names, parking spaces, petrol stations, exit numbers, connection points and hectometering. All these points have a unique TMC encryption for RDS/TMC notifications. This is the current dots file version VILD6.7.A_V2.0, which includes the following attributes: Connection, exit, Aqueduct, Built-in area, Bridge, Border crossing, Port, Hectometer jump, Industrial area, Node, Node (triangle), crossing, penr terrain, Parking lot (rest), Parking lot (service), Sluis, Railway crossing, Tank station, Toll, Tunnel, Ferry terminal, Connection road, Traffic square.
