Dataset description
Version of Traffic Noise adopted by Provincial Staten van Drenthe on 2 July 2014. This map outlines the intensity of the use of provincial roads. On the basis of obligations under the European Environmental Noise Directive — and included in the Environmental Management Act — the obligation to draw up an action plan for the provincial roads with at least 3 million motor vehicles per year (approximately 8,000 motor vehicles per day). It’s in Map 3: Environmental and environmental quality.
