Dataset description

In this table, data on the value of all real estate (WOZ) are published on the basis of the Real Estate Valuation Act (WOZ) as of 1 January. The figures are broken down by the value of the WWZ objects dwellings and non-residentials and the average house value. The figures are further broken down by subdivision, province, COROP area and municipality. As of reporting year 2016, CBS no longer publishes data on metropolitan agglomerations and urban regions. Due to various social developments, the philosophy and method underlying the delimitation are no longer relevant. In addition, it appears that, depending on the scope of application, other authorities have different classifications of metropolitan agglomerations and urban regions, which means that there is no longer a single standard. For municipalities where a municipal reclassification has taken place, the figures between years are not well comparable. Data available from 1997 to 2020. Status of the figures: This is the situation as of 1 January. The figures up to 2017 are final. The 2018 figures are further provisional. The 2019 and 2020 figures are provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data are no longer made final. The provisional and further provisional figures reflect the values according to the original WOZ decision. The final figures incorporate the changes resulting from appeals and appeals. Changes as of 11 March 2022: None, this table has been stopped. When will there be new figures? No longer applicable. This table is followed by Average WWZ value of dwellings on 1 January; property, region. See paragraph 3.
