In this table you will find an overview of the victimisation of persons based on the Integral Safety Monitor (IVM). It is about personal and object-related victimisation as well as experienced offences in the 12 months prior to the investigation.
This always concerns data on the population aged 15 years or older, unless otherwise stated. The national figures and the figures per police region are included.
Due to changes in questioning, research design and/or context, the IVM data will not be comparable from 2008 onwards to data from other sources, such as the Safety Monitor Rijk (VMR); 2005-2008) and previous security and/or victim surveys.
The survey was conducted in the last quarter of the year.
Data for a reporting period of, for example, 12 months therefore refer to the calendar year (e.g. 2010) for the most part and for a limited part to a few previous months.

In case of major update that would not be compatible with previous version of API, we keep for 30 days both versions so you will have enough time to transfer to new version. We will inform you about the changes in advance by e-mail.
