Volume of labour; quarters, gender, national accounts

This table provides data on the volume of employment of self-employed workers and of employees employed by companies and institutions established in the Netherlands. The volume of labour is given in average number of employed persons, average number of jobs and hours worked per quarter and year and is broken down by gender. In addition to the original figures, the table contains seasonally adjusted figures. Data available from: first quarter of 2010. Status of the figures: The data from 2010 to 2019 are final. The data from 2020 will have the status for now. Amendments as of 24 June 2022: Data from 2019 to 2021 have been revised. The data from the regular estimate for the first quarter of 2022 have been added. When are new figures coming? The results of the first calculation, the so-called flash estimate, shall be published within 45 days of the end of a quarter of a report. The regular estimate will then be published 85 days after the end of the quarter. In the second estimate of the fourth quarter, the data from the previous three quarters of that year are revised.
