This table contains data on the ownership of the stock of dwellings on 1 January, made up of various sources. This table gives an insight into ownership of the housing stock by owner-occupied and rented dwellings. Rented dwellings are further subdivided into corporations and other rentals. In addition, this table gives an insight into the status of dwelling; Broken down by number of dwellings occupied and unoccupied. The data are further broken down by parts of countries, provinces, COROP areas and municipalities. Data available from: 2012 Status of the figures: The figures from 2012 to 2021 are final. Amendments as of 5 November 2021: The final figures for 2021 have been added. When will there be new figures? The differences between the final figures and the provisional figures are so small that it has been decided that no distinction is made between provisional and definitive figures. If there are quality problems in the sources, improved figures will be added on an occasional basis. New figures for 2022 are expected in November 2022.
