Dataset description

The urban area water opportunities maps are designed to provide insight into opportunities and constraints in urban expansion. The setting sensitivity map has few, moderate and highly positionable classes. The classification is based on a combination of the thickness of the clay coating and the thickness of the Hollandveen with the additional criterion for moderately sensitive areas the presence of peat in the soil (upper 120 cm).
