Waterway network Netherlands (VNDS) — navigability information contains navigability for each port, waterway or part of a fairway is assigned a so-called navigability class. The classification for those classes is based on the dimensions of standard ships and pushsets. The Conference of European Ministers of Transport (CEMT) presented a classification for navigability in 1992. In classes I to VII a class 0 was added for the Netherlands, for waterways less than Class I. Class VII was not taken over: push shipping with nine bins does not occur in the Netherlands.
