The municipality can determine that a construction plan must meet the reasonable requirements of prosperity. If you need an environmental permit for building, the municipality can submit your application to the welfare committee. This committee decides whether your construction plan meets the welfare requirements. Via the welfare card you can consult the welfare requirements set out in the welfare note of the municipality. Based on this, you can assess yourself whether your construction plan meets the requirements. If that is the case, the environmental permit should not be refused to reasonable demands of prosperity.
