This table contains figures on the level of education of young people (15 to 25 years) and socio-economic characteristics of parents. For the level of education of both young people and parents, this table provides a breakdown into three categories, low, secondary and high. With socio-economic characteristics, this table refers to the highest level of education attained and the employment rate of parents and the standardised disposable income of the household. These figures are only available to young people who live with their parents (children living at home).

Changes as of 13 February 2020

This is a correction in the distraction of the level of education of persons who indicate that they have obtained a diploma abroad with a level similar to the higher education level. This group was wrongly awarded the level associated with an MBO2 training.
The figures for 2017-2019 have been added.
When are new figures coming?
