Cleaning businesses approved by the Labour Inspection Authority

Here you will find a daily updated data set containing information about cleaning companies that have been approved by or who have an application under consideration at the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. From 1 December 2012, it became illegal for Norwegian businesses to purchase cleaning services from businesses that are not listed in the register. It is legal to purchase cleaning services from cleaning businesses that have their application “under processing”. Please note that cleaning companies are listed only in the municipalities in which they are registered in the Brønnøysund Register Centre, but they are also allowed to sell services outside the municipality in which they are registered. The open data set is updated every morning and consists of av:organisasjonsnummer, name of business, street address, postal code, city code, municipality name, county number, county name, subdivisions (In the same format and taken from the Register of Legal Entities in the Brønnøysund Register) and Status (Approved or Under Processing). In early 2016, more than 3,600 businesses were approved.
