Drinking water — intake points

The map service shows where the waterworks take out water from lakes, streams or groundwater. It is assumed that the waterworks have reported the coordinates to the Norwegian Food Safety Authority. Waterworks are primarily those that supply 50 people or more with water. In addition, all municipal owned businesses with their own water supply are included regardless of size. To avoid providing too precise information about the location, the information is lost when zoomed in more than the limit set by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority. Only main sources are indicated in the map service. By clicking on the individual points you will get information about the names of waterworks and reported analysis data for the raw water.
