A locking place is an area-low-limited area near the shoreline where fish is stored in nets until it is ready for delivery.
A locking place is defined as a space near the shoreline where topographical and hydrographic conditions are such that a net block can be locked there, i.e. the fish can be stored in the net/hanging until it is ready for sale.
A locking space is characterised by the fact that it is well-protected from weather and wind, does not have too much current and has sufficient depth, oxygen and salinity.
