Dataset description

Observations in accordance with codeworks made by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority’s meat control (involving the live animal) of animals intended for food production, received at slaughterhouses for cattle, pigs, sheep and goats. Purpose: Recording of observations in connection with the assessment of suitability for food and which may also form the basis for follow-up of livestock producers. The data set contains personal data as many of the livestock producers are sole proprietorships identified by the holder’s name.
