Public electronic mail journal (OEP) was launched on 18 May 2010 and is a joint publishing service for state enterprises’ postal records. Companies use the publishing solution to make their own mail journals available online for all users. The various mail journals are then compiled into a common database that is made searchable for the users. Users can search for information through OEP and order access to the information they find interesting. This order will be sent to the company responsible for the record entry. After that, the order is processed by the business as a transparency requirement, and the user receives a response directly from the business. Usage statistics for OEP from the launch date May 2010 to mid-September 2011 are published at the computer hotel. The data shows the number of access requirements distributed by state enterprises each month. The data set will be updated every month.
