Soil — Cultivation class almond potato (Oppdal municipality)

Map layers in the soil area showing the potential for growing the almond potato without the use of artificial irrigation. About half of Norway’s full-grown and surface-grown soils are mapped, with emphasis on South-Eastern Norway, Trøndelag and Jæren. The map-made almond potato is currently only available for Oppdal municipality. In some places, inland pastures are also mapped. The map layer is made on a scale 1:5000 and is adapted for use on scales from 1:5000 to 1:20 000. The property to be used to produce the map layer is called JR_DREN.
