In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Monuments and the Care of Monuments of 2003, the Monuments of History may become immovable monuments entered in the register or cultural parks of particular cultural value. Monuments of History are established by a decree of the President of the Republic of Poland at the request of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
