Preliminary Flood Risk Assessment (PFRA) is a dataset of spatial information created for the purpose of designating areas exposed to flooding, i.e. areas where there is a significant risk of flooding or on which high risk of flooding is likely and areas of significant flood, including: floods that occurred in the past and had significant negative effects (for human health, the environment, cultural heritage and economic activity), floods that occurred in the past and did not cause significant negative effects (however they would cause such in the current land development) and floods that may occur in the future about potential negative consequences. The collection is written in the form of vector thematic layers divided into six river basin districts: Dniester, Elbe, Nemunas, Oder, Pregoła and Vistula.
