The document consists of a text section (determining the conditions and directions of spatial development of the city) and a graphic part, which is co-created by: figure 1 — Development conditions (on a scale of 1:20 000), Figure 2 — Land use directions (on a scale of 1:10 000), Figure 3 — Directions of changes in the protection of the environment and its resources, conservation of nature and landscape (on a scale of 1:20 000), Figure 4 — Directions of changes in the protection of cultural heritage (on a scale of 1:20 000), Figure 5 — Directions of the development of the communication system (on a scale of 1:20 000), figure 6 — Technical infrastructure development directions — Water supply (on a scale of 1:20 000), Figure 7 — Technical infrastructure development directions — Wastewater management (on a scale of 1:20 000), Figure 8 — Technical infrastructure development directions — Rainwater management (on a scale of 1:20 000), Figure 9 — Directions of technical infrastructure development — Gas supply (on a scale of 1:20 000), Figure 10 — Directions for the development of technical infrastructure — Heat supply (on a scale of 1:20 000), figure 11 — Directions for the development of technical infrastructure — Electricity supply (on a scale of 1:20 000), Figure 12 — Directions for the development of technical infrastructure — Telecommunications (on a scale of 1:20 000), Figure 13 — Areas requiring the development of a local planning plan (on a scale of 1:20 000). The drawings of the study come in a raster form with a given georeferencing. The study defines the spatial policy of the municipality, including local zoning rules. The findings of the study are binding on the municipal authorities when drawing up local spatial development plans.
