According to DL 83/2018, all websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies have been required, since 2020, to declare their compliance with W3C WCAG 2.1. This dataset provides the status of a set of indicators related to the Statement and the Seal of Usability and Accessibility on a given date. The compilation of the dataset on different dates will allow us to analyse the evolution of the respective indicators over a statistical series.
**Meaning from each field of the record**
Each record consists of the following 11 fields:
1. WebsiteId: sequential registry identifier
2. Name: name of the website or mobile application
3. StartingUrl: start page used to collect sample
4. Declaration: declares 1 (compliant), 2 (partially compliant), 3 (non-compliant) with W3C WCAG 2.1
5. Declaration_Update_Date: date on which the statement was last updated
6. Stamp: Seal type 1 (Bronze), 2 (Silver), 3 (Gold)
7. Stamp_Update_Date: date on which the seal was last updated
8. Creation_Date: date on which the registration was created
9. Tags: Public directories to which the register belongs
10. numberOfPages: number of pages comprising the sample present at the Observatory
11. averagePoints: average AccessMonitor rating of the sample. Each page is rated on a scale from 0 to 10, with 10 being a good practice
