Dataset description
Monitor monthly the volume of prescriptions of dispensed medicines.
Due to the need for consolidation, the data made available on a monthly basis relate to the time period n-3.
**Remarks:**
* Metrics calculated based on the Regional Health Administration (ARS) of billing. The metric “Value Comfunded by the SNS” for the Algarve Health Region only shows records from November 2015. Due to technical issues, for the November 2016 records, the data do not include records from the LVT Health Region.
* Data for this indicator are temporary for the most recent published month. As a rule, on the last day of month N+ 1 (N=“last published month”), there will be an update of them and their increase is likely to be increased at national level.
